Departure of Chief Commercial Officer
Bioceres Crop Solutions Corp. (the “Company”)
announced today that the board of directors (the “Board”) of the Company and Mr. Milen Marinov, Chief Commercial Officer,
agreed that, effective August 31, 2025, Mr. Marinov would step down from his position as Chief Commercial Officer. In addition,
Mr. Marinov has resigned as a member of the Board. Mr. Marinov’s decision was not the result of any disagreement with the
Company on any matter relating to its operations, policies or practices. The Company has initiated a process to identify Mr. Marinov’s
successor and will provide an update as appropriate.
