Black Mammoth Metals Corp. (BMMX) common shares began trading on the Nasdaq Capital Market on October 15, 2026. On that date, the shares were removed from the OTC Pink Limited Market. The company said the Nasdaq listing caused it to cease being a “venture issuer” under NI 51-102, effective October 15, 2026. Its Form 40-F registration statement became effective on October 14, 2026, ahead of Nasdaq trading.
Black Mammoth Metals Corp (BMMX) extended Mustang Main south into Mustang South and obtained an NOI drill permit that includes two exploration drill pads. Four shallow trenches yielded 25 rock-chip samples; 15 returned gold grades above 0.100 g/t Au, and the peak was 0.403 g/t Au.
At Mustang North, geologic work, rock sampling and an IP survey are underway. Alteration and rock textures may be associated with a concealed magmatic-hydrothermal vent; the company plans to correlate field investigations with IP anomalies to define test-drilling targets. It staked 54 new federal lode claims, bringing the Mustang property to 203 claims covering approximately 1,658 hectares (4,099 acres). It paid $10,000 in May 2026 for two claims, which it now owns 100% subject to a 2% NSR, with half buyable for $500,000.
The company granted directors and consultants options to purchase up to 1,160,000 common shares at CAD $4.30 per share for a five-year period.
