Bank7 Corp. (the “Company”) is not in a position to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the year ended December 31, 2025 (the “Form 10-K”) in a timely manner without unreasonable effort or
expense due to technical difficulties experienced by the Company’s SEC filing agent when attempting to file the Form 10-K. Based on current information, the Company expects it will be able to file the Form 10-K after 5:30 EST on March 16, 2026.
