The securities were sold under a 10b5-1 plan. Includes shares of restricted common stock subject to forfeiture if certain vesting conditions are not met. On July 9, 2025, the reporting person exercised options to purchase 350,000 shares of the issuer's common stock at an exercise price of $1.90 per share. The reporting person paid the exercise price on a cashless basis, resulting in the issuer withholding 112,521 of the option shares to pay the exercise price and issuing to the reporting person the remaining shares. Represents shares of common stock acquired upon exercise of 350,000 stock options with an exercise price of $1.90 per share.
