gross proceeds financial
"Company generates approximately US$267,665 in gross proceeds"
The total amount of cash a company receives from a financing event or sale before any fees, expenses, taxes or deductions are taken out. Investors watch gross proceeds because it shows the raw scale of new capital being raised—think of it as the paycheck amount before withholdings—which helps assess how much funding is available for operations, growth, debt payoff or how much shareholder dilution might occur once costs are removed.
working capital financial
"to support working capital and its transition toward AI computing"
Working capital is the money a business has available to cover its daily expenses, like paying bills and buying supplies. It’s like the cash in your wallet that helps you handle everyday costs; having enough ensures the business can operate smoothly without running into money shortages.
AI infrastructure technical
"transition toward AI computing infrastructure"
AI infrastructure consists of the hardware, software, and systems needed to develop, run, and support artificial intelligence applications. Think of it as the foundation and tools that enable AI to process large amounts of data quickly and accurately, similar to how a strong foundation supports a building. For investors, AI infrastructure is important because it underpins advancements in technology that can drive new business opportunities and competitive advantages.
digital asset holdings financial
"continues to oversee its digital asset holdings and legacy business"
Digital asset holdings are the collection of electronically recorded assets someone or a company owns—such as cryptocurrencies, tokenized securities, or other digital representations of value—kept in digital wallets or on distributed ledgers. Investors care because these holdings affect a firm's reported value, liquidity and risk profile: they can swing in price quickly, require special custody and security, and face different regulatory rules than traditional cash or stocks, much like owning cash in a foreign currency or a collection of rare trading cards.
forward-looking statements regulatory
"Forward-Looking Statements Certain statements in this announcement concern"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
