Rhea-AI Filing Summary

byNordic Acquisition Corporation extended the deadline to complete its initial business combination by one month by depositing $17,470 into its Trust Account. This moves the termination date from March 12, 2026 to April 12, 2026, giving the SPAC more time to close a deal.

This is the eighth of up to twelve one-month extensions authorized under an August 8, 2025 charter amendment, which allows the board, in its sole discretion and without another stockholder vote, to extend monthly up to August 12, 2026 or until a business combination closes. Insights

byNordic buys another month to complete a SPAC deal, using a small trust deposit.

byNordic Acquisition Corporation has deposited $17,470 into its Trust Account to extend its business combination deadline from March 12, 2026 to April 12, 2026. This is the eighth one-month extension under its charter amendments.

The amendment permits up to twelve monthly extensions at the board’s discretion, potentially pushing the deadline to August 12, 2026 if no deal closes earlier. The modest extension payment suggests limited incremental cash cost while preserving the SPAC’s option to complete a transaction.

The company reiterates its focus on high-technology growth targets in northern Europe. Future company filings will indicate whether a definitive business combination agreement is reached before the outer extension date.
