On October 22, 2025, CrossAmerica Partners LP (the "Partnership") issued a press release announcing that the Board of Directors of CrossAmerica GP LLC, the general partner of the Partnership, approved a quarterly distribution of $0.5250 per unit attributable to the third quarter of 2025 (annualized $2.10 per unit), consistent with the second quarter of 2025. The distribution attributable to the third quarter is payable on November 13, 2025 to all unitholders of record on November 3, 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
