(the “Company”), notified the Board of his intention to resign as a director of the Company, effective October 3, 2025, in order to pursue other personal and professional commitments. Mr. Abbott’s resignation was not the result of any dispute or disagreement with the Company or the Board on any matter relating to the Company including, without limitation, the operation, policies or practices of the Company.
