How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

Adjusted EBITDA financial
"Adjusted EBITDA was $130.5 million"
Adjusted EBITDA is a way companies measure how much money they make from their core operations, like running a business, by removing certain costs or income that aren’t part of regular business activities. It helps investors see how well a company is doing without distractions from unusual expenses or gains, making it easier to compare companies or track performance over time.
free cash flow financial
"had free cash flow of $82.5 million"
Free cash flow is the amount of money a company has left over after paying all its expenses and investing in its business, like buying equipment or updating facilities. It shows how much cash is available to reward shareholders, pay down debt, or save for future growth. This helps investors understand if a company is financially healthy and able to grow.
annualized run-rate financial
"reached approximately $130 million in annualized run-rate"
Annualized run-rate is a projection that takes a company’s recent revenue or other performance over a short period (like a month or quarter) and scales it up to estimate what a full year would look like if conditions stayed the same. Investors use it as a quick snapshot—like checking a car’s instantaneous speed to guess arrival time—but it can mislead if business is seasonal, growing rapidly, or affected by one-time events.
enterprise value financial
"representing an enterprise value of approximately $6.1 billion"
Enterprise value is the total worth of a company, reflecting what it would cost to buy the entire business. It includes the company's market value plus any debts, minus its cash holdings, offering a comprehensive picture of its true value. Investors use it to compare companies regardless of their capital structures, helping them assess how much they would need to pay to acquire the business.
non-GAAP financial measures financial
"This press release includes certain financial measures not presented in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles"
Non-GAAP financial measures are numbers companies use to show their financial performance that exclude certain expenses or income. They help investors see how the company might perform without one-time costs or other unusual items, giving a different perspective from official reports. However, since they can be adjusted, they don’t always tell the full story and should be looked at alongside standard financial figures.
Revenue $294.1 million Up 10.1% from $267.1 million in third quarter 2025
GAAP net income $30.2 million Compared with a $2.0 million GAAP net loss in third quarter 2025
Adjusted EBITDA $130.5 million Up 18.5% from $110.1 million in third quarter 2025
Cash from operating activities $100.4 million Compared with $94.8 million in third quarter 2025
Free cash flow $82.5 million Compared with $78.6 million in third quarter 2025
