at Meeting Room 2, 6th Floor, Nanshan Shuixing Huayuan Premium Selection Hotel, No. 13 Keji Road, Science and Technology Park, Nanshan
District, Shenzhen, China. In connection with the EGM, the Company furnishes the following documents:
