Comment for Type of Reporting Person: The Class A Ordinary Shares (the "Shares") reported herein are held in the form of units (the "Units"),each consisting of one Class A ordinary share par value $0.0001 per share and one-half of one redeemable warrant, as described in the Issuers' 8K filed with the SEC on May 12,2025. The percentages herein are calculated based upon the Issuer's 10-Q, filed on June 17,2025 indicating that there are 27,600,000 Class A ordinary shares as of June 16,2025.
