forward-looking statements regulatory
"This press release contains forward-looking statements"
Forward-looking statements are predictions or plans that companies share about what they expect to happen in the future, like estimating sales or profits. They matter because they help investors understand a company's outlook, but since they are based on guesses and assumptions, they can sometimes be wrong.
Form 20-F regulatory
"including our Annual Report on Form 20-F filed with the Securities"
Form 20-F is the standardized annual disclosure that non-U.S. companies must file with the U.S. securities regulator when their shares are traded in the U.S.; it contains audited financial statements, a plain-language description of the business, management discussion, governance details and key risk factors. It matters to investors because it provides a consistent, comparable company “report card” and rulebook, helping buyers assess financial health, governance and risks before investing.
growth equity firm financial
"Senior Advisor at General Atlantic, a leading global growth equity firm"
technology transfer office technical
"director of Sheba Impact Ltd., Sheba's technology transfer office"
Hybrid Mesh Network Security technical
"Structured around four strategic pillars, Hybrid Mesh Network Security, Workspace"
Hybrid mesh network security protects data and devices across an interconnected system that combines different connection types—such as wireless, wired, and cloud links—so traffic can take many paths and still stay safe. Think of it as guards placed at every door, hallway and gateway of a complex building that also has remote storage: it matters to investors because strong security lowers the risk of costly breaches, service outages and regulatory penalties, and can signal competitive strength in selling or operating networked services.
Exposure Management technical
"four strategic pillars, Hybrid Mesh Network Security, Workspace Security, Exposure Management"
Exposure management is the ongoing process a business or investor uses to find, measure, and control the ways losses could happen from market moves, counterparty problems, cash shortages or operational failures. It matters because it reduces the chance that an unexpected event wipes out value—like steering a ship to avoid storms—so investors can better predict potential losses, protect returns, and align risk with their goals and rules.
