How this balance works

Rhea-AI gives every point it takes from this document a weight. Minor counts 1, Moderate 3 and Major 9, so one Major point outweighs several Minor ones. The bar adds up the weights on each side, and when neither side holds more than 65% of the total the balance reads Mixed.

It reads the document as published, with the same rules for every company, and it does not look at what the market expected or at how the stock traded, so a point can be objectively good on a day the stock falls.

Rhea-AI Sentiment measures something else, the tone of the wording.

asset-light model financial
"Operating under an asset-light model"
A business approach that avoids owning lots of factories, equipment or property and instead relies on partners, contractors or digital platforms to deliver products or services—think renting instead of buying the tools to build everything yourself. Investors care because this model usually requires less upfront cash and can scale faster, potentially boosting profit margins, but it also creates dependence on outside providers and more variable costs, which affects risk and future returns.
non-controlling interest financial
"Non-controlling interest"
Non-controlling interest represents the portion of ownership in a company held by investors who do not have a controlling stake, meaning they do not have enough voting power to make major decisions. It is similar to owning a minority share of a business partner’s company—while they benefit from profits, they cannot control how the company is run. This matters to investors because it shows how much of the company's value is owned by outside shareholders and affects overall financial reporting.
right-of-use asset financial
"Lease right-of-use asset"
A right-of-use asset is the value a company records on its balance sheet for the practical use of something it leases — like the benefit of living in a rented office or using leased equipment for a set period. Investors care because it turns many leases into on-balance-sheet assets and matching liabilities, which can change reported leverage, asset base and performance metrics much like taking on a loan would.
pre-funded warrants financial
"Proceeds from exercise of pre-funded warrants"
Pre-funded warrants are financial instruments that give investors the right to purchase a company's stock at a set price, but with most or all of the purchase price paid upfront. They function like a coupon or gift card for stock, allowing investors to buy shares later at a fixed price, which can be beneficial if they want to avoid future price increases. This makes them important for investors seeking flexibility and certainty in their investment plans.

Tianci International, Inc. Reports Financial Results for Fiscal Year Ended July 31, 2026

HONG KONG/RENO, Nevada, November 5, 2026 /Globe Newswire/– Tianci International, Inc. (the "Company” or “Tianci”), a global logistics service provider specializing in ocean freight forwarding, today announced its financial results for the fiscal year ended July 31, 2026.

Fiscal 2026 Highlights:

·For the year ended July 31, 2026, our total revenue increased to $14,242,611 from $9,282,997 for the year ended July 31, 2025. The increase was primarily attributable to the launch of our global mineral trading business, which contributed $4,409,563 to our total revenue for year ended July 31, 2026, representing approximately 31% of our revenue in that year.
·Our gross profit percentage for fiscal year 2026 was 7.43%, as our global logistics services yielded a gross profit percentage of 2.29%, our sales of mineral products yielded 7.43%, and our other services (i.e. sale of electronic parts and business consulting) yielded a gross profit percentage of 58.8%.
·After accounting for operating expenses, we reported a net loss of $2,454,798 for fiscal year 2026. In the prior year, fiscal year 2025, we reported a net loss of $2,686,357.

Financial Results

Revenue from logistics operations for the year ended July 31, 2026, which represented 63% of the Company’s overall revenue in that period, decreased by 0.7% from the revenue generated by logistics operations during the year ended July 31, 2025. Concerns about the implementation of tariffs and overall pricing pressures reduced demand for logistics services, as a result of which the gross profit percentage realized by the Company from its logistics services fell from 3.93% in fiscal 2025 to 2.29% in fiscal 2026.

To reduce the effect of declining demand in the Southeast Asia market, the Company intends to reorient its focus towards long-distance shipping lines, which generally produce higher profit margins. As one particular effort toward that reorientation, the Company has been accumulating an inventory of bulk chrome and manganese ore for the purpose of entering into the global commodity trade arena, and completed its initial mineral sales during the year ended July 31, 2026. Those sales yielded $4,409,563 in revenue and a gross profit margin of 7.43%. By applying its core resource control capabilities and supply chain integration strengths with an in-house demand for shipping services, the Company looks to release itself from dependence on local demand for shipping services.

We recorded a net loss of $2,454,798 for the year ended July 31, 2026. As a result, our operations during the year reduced our cash balance by $2,199,382. We offset much of that reduction by completing a public offering in June 2026 with net proceeds of $4,390,512.
