Here are the 424B prospectus supplements from Bitwise Chainlink ETF (CLNK) in our archive over the last 12 months, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 424B covers the supplement that carries the terms of a priced offering, so if you follow CLNK and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full CLNK filings page.
Bitwise Chainlink ETF is registering an indeterminate number of common shares of beneficial interest for continuous offering under ticker CLNK. The Trust seeks to provide exposure to Chainlink it holds, less operating expenses and liabilities, and calculates daily NAV using the CME CF Chainlink–Dollar Reference Rate – New York Variant. Shares trade on NYSE Arca and may trade at a premium or discount to NAV.
Creations and redemptions occur in 10,000-share Baskets with authorized participants. The Trust pays Bitwise Investment Advisers, LLC a Sponsor Fee of 0.34% per annum of its Chainlink holdings, accrued daily and payable in Chainlink monthly in arrears. Cash deposits from Cash Creation Orders are used to acquire Chainlink. As of September 28, 2026, the Trust does not engage in staking; adding staking would require an amendment to its registration statement. The Shares are speculative and investors could lose their entire investment; Trust assets are not FDIC-insured.
