On January 22, 2026, Columbus McKinnon Corporation (the “Company”) announced that it has priced its previously announced private offering of $900.0 million in aggregate principal amount of 7.125% senior secured notes due 2033 (the “Notes”). The aggregate size of the offering has been downsized from $1,225.0 million to $900.0 million. The offering of the Notes is expected to close on January 30, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
