Insights

Conduent removes an EVP role as part of a management layer restructuring.

Conduent is consolidating its leadership structure by eliminating a management layer, which results in the termination without cause of Executive Vice President of Commercial Solutions, Michael McDaniel, effective October 7, 2025. This suggests an organizational streamlining effort rather than a performance-related exit, given the explicit "without cause" language.

McDaniel is entitled to compensation and benefits consistent with the company’s U.S. Executive Severance Policy, indicating reliance on pre-existing, standardized arrangements rather than bespoke exit terms. Subsequent disclosures may clarify how Commercial Solutions responsibilities are reassigned and whether further leadership changes accompany this restructuring.
