On August 11, 2025, Cannae Holdings, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter of 2025. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report and is incorporated by reference herein. The Company also issued a letter to its shareholders announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2025 (the "Letter to Shareholders").
