On September 29, 2026, Jennifer Jones, the Chief Accounting Officer and principal accounting officer of Coinbase Global, Inc. (“Coinbase”), notified Coinbase of her decision to retire. Ms. Jones will continue to serve in these roles until they are transitioned to a successor. Coinbase has initiated a search of potential candidates for the role, and Ms. Jones will work with her successor to support a smooth transition of responsibilities. Her decision to retire is not the result of any disagreement with Coinbase on any matter relating to its operations, policies, or practices. Coinbase is grateful for Ms. Jones' contributions throughout her employment at Coinbase.
