Item 8.01 Other Events.
On June 29, 2026, CorMedix Inc. (the “Company”) effected a change in its executive leadership structure, whereby the Company’s Board of Directors has appointed Elizabeth Hurlburt, currently the Chief Operating Officer, to the newly created role of Chief Operating and Commercial Officer where she will have functional oversight of all commercial functions in addition to medical affairs, regulatory and clinical. Ms. Hurlburt will continue to report to Chairman & CEO Joseph Todisco in this newly created role. As part of this change in executive leadership structure, Michael Seckler has left the Company.
