Rhea-AI Filing Summary

America's Car-Mart, Inc. (CRMT) entered into a Second Amendment under which lenders agreed to provide $5.0 million in incremental term loans for general corporate purposes. The loans mature on October 30, 2030, and are generally subject to the same interest rate and other terms as the initial term loans, as amended. The company agreed to pay aggregate fees of $200,000, which will be added to the outstanding principal balance under the Credit Agreement.

On October 20, 2026, the lenders extended through November 1, 2026, the waiver period for certain anticipated or existing events of default and temporary relief from obligations to maintain minimum liquidity thresholds and a minimum Collateral Coverage Ratio.

Also on October 20, 2026, ACM Auto Trust 2024-2, an indirect subsidiary, redeemed all outstanding Asset Backed Notes after the company exercised its option, as servicer, to purchase the remaining receivables. Those receivables had an aggregate principal balance of approximately $92 million and were released from the trust and are no longer pledged to secure the Notes.

Incremental Term Loans financial
"aggregate principal amount of $5.0 million (the “Incremental Term Loans”)"
Additional borrowings added onto an existing term loan facility as one or more extra tranches, often with their own size, interest rate, and repayment schedule but governed by the same loan agreement. Think of it like taking out an extra mortgage slice on top of an existing mortgage to fund a specific need; for investors, incremental term loans change a company’s total debt, interest costs and repayment schedule, and can affect credit metrics and lender covenants.
Collateral Coverage Ratio financial
"a minimum Collateral Coverage Ratio"
Collateral coverage ratio measures how much value of pledged assets (collateral) exists relative to the outstanding debt they secure, usually expressed as a multiple or percentage (collateral value ÷ loan amount). It matters to investors because it signals how protected a lender or creditor is if a borrower defaults — like seeing whether the house fully covers a mortgage — and influences credit risk, loan terms, margin calls and recovery prospects.
Asset Backed Notes financial
"all its outstanding Asset Backed Notes"
Sale and Servicing Agreement financial
"pursuant to the Sale and Servicing Agreement"
