Here are the 10-Q quarterly reports from Csquare, Inc. (CSQR) in our archive since June 2025, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 10-Q covers the quarterly report filed between annual reports, so if you follow CSQR and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full CSQR filings page.
Csquare, Inc. reported continued top-line growth for the three and six months ended June 30, 2026, but remained unprofitable with a larger net loss. Quarterly revenue rose to $280.4 million from $244.8 million a year earlier, and year-to-date revenue increased to $550.8 million from $477.5 million, driven mainly by higher colocation and metered power revenues and expanded data center capacity from recent portfolio acquisitions.
Despite higher revenue and a $40.0 million gain on a lease termination, net loss widened to $48.8 million for the quarter and $114.8 million year-to-date, reflecting substantially higher interest expense of $161.2 million for the first half and increased depreciation and amortization. Cash provided by operating activities fell to $33.6 million from $65.5 million, while capital expenditures reached $278.0 million, supporting significant construction in progress. The balance sheet shows $6.0 billion in total assets, dominated by $4.1 billion of property and equipment, offset by $4.9 billion of long-term debt and a stockholders’ deficit of $388.6 million. During the period the company converted from an LLC to a Delaware corporation and prepared for an IPO, later raising approximately $1.16 billion in net proceeds in July 2026.
