Insights

Cheetah Net completed a full acquisition of Super International, expanding into Hong Kong-based industrial equipment trading.

Cheetah Net has closed the acquisition of Super International Trading Limited, obtaining 100% of its shares. Super operates in Hong Kong and focuses on large-scale industrial equipment trading, which broadens Cheetah Net’s business footprint beyond its existing operations.

The filing does not quantify Super’s revenue, earnings, or purchase consideration, so the financial impact cannot be assessed from this excerpt alone. Investors can instead note that Super is now a wholly owned subsidiary as of May 27, 2026, and future filings may provide integrated financial results and more detail on how this business contributes to Cheetah Net’s performance.
