On July 29, 2026, California Water Service Group
issued a press release (a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated herein by reference) announcing the declaration
of a quarterly dividend of $0.3350 per common share. The quarterly dividend will be payable on August 21, 2026 to stockholders of record
as of the close of business on August 10, 2026.

SAN JOSE, Calif., July 29, 2026
— At its meeting on July 29, 2026, the California Water Service Group (NYSE: CWT) Board of Directors declared the Company’s
326th consecutive quarterly dividend in the amount of $0.3350 per common share, payable on August 21, 2026, to stockholders
of record as of the close of business on August 10, 2026.
