Cemex, S.A.B. de C.V. (“Cemex”) (NYSE: CX) announced today that Cemex’s Vice President of Comptrollership, Rafael Garza Lozano, has decided to retire; and further announced that Jaime Martínez Merla has been appointed Cemex’s Chief Comptroller.
