austempered ductile iron technical
"austempered ductile iron (“ADI”) heat treatment business"
Austempered ductile iron is a type of cast iron that has been heat-treated by a controlled process called austempering: the metal is first heated to form austenite, then rapidly cooled to and held at an intermediate temperature so the structure transforms into a fine, stable mix of ferrite and carbon-rich retained austenite (called ausferrite). This microstructure gives the material a combination of high strength, good ductility and wear resistance compared with conventional (pearlitic or annealed) ductile iron; exact properties depend on the alloy composition and the specific austempering temperature and time used.
heat treatment technical
"ADI heat treatment business in Yulin, Guangxi"
Heat treatment is the controlled heating and cooling of metals, plastics or other materials to change their strength, hardness, flexibility or resistance to wear—like baking and cooling clay to make it harder or tempering steel to make it less brittle. Investors care because it affects product quality, production costs, equipment needs and compliance with safety or industry standards; changes in heat-treatment capability can alter margins, reliability and supply timelines.
registered capital financial
"has a total registered capital of RMB 50 million"
Registered capital is the amount of money a company lists with regulators as the owners’ committed contribution when the business is formed or restructured. It functions like the company’s declared funding pledge and sets the legal baseline for owners’ financial responsibility; investors use it as a quick signal of how much capital the owners have promised, the company’s formal size, and potential limits on issuing more shares or taking on obligations.
differential housings technical
"brackets, gears, connectors, differential housings and camshafts"
