The filing states 0 shares beneficially owned and 0% ownership; it attributes this to an internal reorganization effective January 12, 2026 that disaggregated reporting across subsidiaries. The statement cites SEC Release No. 34-39538 as the basis for separate reporting.

Practical dependencies include subsequent filings by the disaggregated Vanguard entities, which will show any retained positions. Future filings from those entities will clarify actual holdings and potential voting or disposition authority.
