"Executive Vice President and General Counsel will retire from the Company"

Their role matters to investors because they help protect the company from legal risks that could impact its success and value.

Corporate social responsibility is a company’s voluntary efforts to operate in ways that are good for society and the environment, such as reducing pollution, treating workers fairly, and supporting communities.
