On September 9, 2025, Richard McNeely and Dollar Tree, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Mr. McNeely intends to retire from his role as Chief Merchandising Officer in April 2026. Mr. McNeely has served as Chief Merchandising Officer for Dollar Tree stores since May 2017.
