Here are the 424B prospectus supplements from DoubleLine Yield Opportunities Fund (DLY) in our archive over the last 12 months, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 424B covers the supplement that carries the terms of a priced offering, so if you follow DLY and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full DLY filings page.
DoubleLine Yield Opportunities Fund (DLY) may offer common shares with an aggregate offering price of up to $241,447,484 from time to time through UBS Securities LLC as sub-placement agent. The amount includes unsold common shares carried forward from a prior registration. Sales may occur in negotiated or “at-the-market” transactions, and the Fund will not authorize sales below the Minimum Price, defined as NAV per share plus the per-share commission. The Distributor may receive up to 1.00% of gross proceeds and will compensate the sub-placement agent at up to 0.90% from that commission.
The Fund will invest net proceeds according to its investment objective and policies. It anticipates investing substantially all within approximately 30 days of receipt, depending on proceeds and investment availability, except amounts held for dividends, expenses, or temporary defensive purposes. On August 31, 2026, DLY’s market price was $13.87 per share versus NAV of $15.07, a stated 7.96% discount. The Fund invests substantially in below-investment-grade and unrated debt and uses leverage, which involve risks described in the prospectus.
