DoubleLine Income Solutions Fund (the “Fund”) reports that Luz M. Padilla will retire from DoubleLine Capital LP. Effective March 31, 2026, Ms. Padilla will no longer serve as a portfolio manager of the Fund and William Campbell will be added as a portfolio manager of the Fund. Jeffrey Gundlach and Robert Cohen will continue to serve as portfolio managers of the Fund.
