Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 17, 2025, DT Midstream, Inc. (the “Company”) appointed Joseph P. Finland to serve as the Company’s Chief Accounting Officer, effective September 17, 2025 (the “Effective Date”).  Jeffrey A. Jewell, who has served as the Company’s Chief Financial Officer and Chief Accounting Officer since July 1, 2021, will continue in his role as Chief Financial Officer as of the Effective Date.

Mr. Finland, age 43, joined the Company in July 2021 as Director, Financial Planning and Analysis, before transitioning to his current role as Director, Accounting and Tax for the Company, in October 2024. From May 2018 to June 2021, Mr. Finland served as Manager, Business Forecasting and Reporting, at DTE Energy Company.

There are no family relationships between Mr. Finland and any Company director or executive officer, and no arrangements or understandings between Mr. Finland and any other persons, pursuant to which he will be appointed. Mr. Finland has no direct or indirect material interest in any transaction required to be disclosed pursuant to Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K.
