Rhea-AI Filing Summary

Datavault AI Inc. updated its preliminary, unaudited 2025 results, now estimating full-year revenue of $38–$40 million, sharply higher than the $2.7 million reported for 2024. The company said this reflects roughly 1,300% year-over-year growth driven by customer tech-licensing fees and its Data Science Group’s tokenization and monetization services.

Datavault also noted that the new range exceeds its prior 2025 revenue estimate of $30 million by up to 33%, with a midpoint increase of about 30%. Looking ahead, the company reaffirmed its anticipated 2026 revenue of $200 million, which would represent a year-over-year increase of about 400%–440% if achieved. Management plans to file audited 2025 financials with the SEC next month and emphasized that current figures are preliminary and unaudited, so actual results may differ materially.

  • Substantial 2025 revenue outperformance: Updated preliminary 2025 revenue of $38–$40 million is roughly 1,300% above 2024’s $2.7 million and up 27%–33% versus the company’s prior $30 million estimate.
  • Strong forward growth ambition: Management reaffirmed an anticipated 2026 revenue target of $200 million, implying approximately 400%–440% year-over-year growth if achieved.

Insights

Datavault sharply raises 2025 revenue outlook and reaffirms very aggressive 2026 target.

Datavault AI now estimates 2025 revenue at $38–$40 million, versus $2.7 million in 2024 and a prior 2025 estimate of $30 million. This implies roughly 1,300% year-over-year growth and a 27%–33% uplift from the company’s earlier forecast, attributed mainly to tech-licensing and tokenization services.

The company also reaffirmed anticipated 2026 revenue of $200 million, which would mean about 400%–440% growth over the updated 2025 midpoint if achieved. These figures suggest rapid scaling, but they are currently unaudited, preliminary estimates with forward-looking elements subject to execution, market demand, regulatory evolution around tokenized assets and other risks described in prior SEC filings.

Audited 2025 financials are expected to be reported by next month, which should clarify how closely actual results match these estimates. Subsequent disclosures will indicate whether the company is tracking toward its ambitious 2026 revenue objective and how sustainable recent growth drivers prove to be.

PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA -- Feb. 17, 2026 -- Datavault AI Inc. FY 2025 (Preliminary, Unaudited):

• Estimated Revenue: $38-$40 million

• Prior Estimate: $30 million

• Incremental Change: +$8-$10 million (+27% to +33%)

• Midpoint: $39 million (+30% vs. prior estimate)

FY 2026 (Reaffirmed, Projections):

The Company’s updated preliminary FY 2025 revenue marks a significant acceleration in enterprise AI adoption and positions Datavault AI for exceptional growth scaling into 2026. The Company expects to deliver at least $200 million in FY 2026 revenue – if achieved, this would represent a five-fold increase from FY 2025.

"Exceeding our earlier FY 2025 revenue estimate by 30%, at the midpoint, while maintaining our ambitious $200 million target for FY 2026 reflects both the mission-critical nature of our platform and the operational leverage we've built," said Nate Bradley, Datavault AI CEO. "As expected, we finished 2025 strong and are entering 2026 with our most robust, new business pipeline in company history with a relatively clear line of sight to our revenue objectives.

“2025 was marked by numerous new customer wins spanning a wide spectrum of industries,” Mr. Bradley added. “Many of those customers were initially ‘testing the waters’ with early engagement into enterprise AI, asset tokenization and monetization. We expect high rates of customer retention in 2026 and, going forward, anticipate many will increase their engagement levels.”
