This Form 6-K furnishes Decent’s senior-care collections release and incorporates it, from October 20, 2026, into the company’s April 24, 2026 Form F-3 registration statement, making the release part of that registration filing.

revenue recognition financial
"applicable revenue recognition requirements under U.S. GAAP"
Revenue recognition is the accounting rule that determines when a company records a sale as income on its financial statements, which may differ from when cash actually arrives. It matters to investors because the timing and method used can change reported profits and growth, so understanding it is like knowing whether a scoreboard counts goals as soon as they’re scored or only after they’re confirmed — the timing affects comparisons, forecasts, and valuation.
gross margin financial
"with a gross margin of approximately 75.1%"
Gross margin is the difference between how much money a company makes from selling its products and how much it costs to produce them, expressed as a percentage of sales. It shows how efficiently a company is turning sales into profit before other expenses like marketing or salaries. Higher gross margin means the company keeps more money from each sale, which is a good sign of financial health.
AI-enabled technical
"AI-enabled, community-based senior health and care platform"
AI-enabled describes a product, service, or process that uses artificial intelligence—software that learns from data and makes decisions or predictions—as a core feature rather than a minor add-on. For investors it matters because AI-enabled offerings can boost productivity, lower costs or unlock new revenue streams; like adding a smart autopilot to a routine task, they can change a company's growth potential and competitive edge while also bringing higher upfront investment needs and distinct regulatory or ethical risks.
