Vista transmission line Rio de Janeiro, September 22, 2025 – Centrais Elétricas Brasileiras S/A – Eletrobras, in continuation
of the market announcements released on April 3, 2023, and July 2 and 8, 2025, informs that the Manaus–Boa Vista Transmission Line
entered into commercial operation on September 16, 2025, integrating the State of Roraima into the National Interconnected System–
SIN. The project involved an investment of approximately R$ 3.3 billion and comprises 724 km of 500kV double-circuit transmission lines.
With the start of operations, an initial reduction of around 280 thousand tons of CO₂ per year is estimated, resulting from the
decrease in non-renewable generation. The concession term runs until 2051, and the Annual Permitted Revenue - RAP is R$ 562 million, based
on September 2025 values. The concessionaire Transnorte Energia S.A. - TNE, responsible for the project, has Eletrobras and Alupar as
shareholders, with stakes of 64.6% and 35.4%, respectively. The current Shareholders’ Agreement provides for the progressive increase
of Eletrobras’ stake, through future capital increases and a purchase option that can now be exercised with the project’s
entry into operation. The completion of the Manaus–Boa Vista transmission line reinforces Eletrobras’ commitment to generating
value for shareholders and reaffirms its ability to execute large-scale infrastructure projects with high technical, logistical, environmental,
and social complexity. Eduardo Haiama Vice President of Finance and Investor Relations
