Here are the 10-K annual reports from ECA Marcellus Trust I (ECTM) in our archive since June 2025, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 10-K covers the audited annual report, with the full financial statements, so if you follow ECTM and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full ECTM filings page.
ECA Marcellus Trust I is a finite-life Delaware statutory trust that holds royalty interests in natural gas wells in the Marcellus Shale. It owns interests in 14 producing wells and 40 development wells (52.06 Equivalent PUD Wells), and receives a defined percentage of natural gas sales proceeds after post-production costs and taxes.
The trust distributes substantially all available cash quarterly, after administrative expenses. Over the four quarters ended December 31, 2025, gross proceeds attributable to the royalty interests were $3.8 million, above the $1.5 million four-quarter threshold that would trigger an early dissolution. As of March 24, 2026, there were 17,605,000 common units outstanding.
The trust has no operating role and depends entirely on Greylock Production and Greylock Midstream for drilling, production and marketing. A 2025 settlement with Columbia Gas Transmission set firm transportation rates at $0.4376 per MMBtu from April 1, 2025 to March 31, 2026, with small annual increases and related refunds to be passed through to the trust. The trust is expected to begin liquidation around March 31, 2030, when term royalty interests end and perpetual royalty interests are marketed for sale.
