Dear Sirs:
I hereby address to you on behalf of Empresa Distribuidora y Comercializadora Norte S. A. (Edenor S.A.) (the "Company") in order to inform you that within the framework of Resolution 590/2021, which was timely communicated to AIF under ID # 28226321 on November 25, 2021, the Ministry of Economy of the Nation filed legal action against the Company and Edesur before the federal administrative litigation court; it was notified of said lawsuit yesterday.
