Connection to Grid of a 10 MW Solar Project
in Italy
Ellomay Capital Ltd. (the “Company”)
hereby updates that on July 30, 2026, the 10 MW solar facility constructed by Ellomay Solar Italy Fifteen S.r.l (an Italian private company
51% held by the Company), was successfully connected to the Italian national grid and commenced production of energy. The solar facility
held by Ellomay Solar Italy Fifteen is located in the Piemonte Region in northern Italy and its expected P50 annual production is approximately
16.5 GWh/year.
