ERRATA - Disclosure of Material Shareholding Acquisition
COPEL (“Company”) hereby informs its shareholders and the market in general that, in compliance with CVM Resolution No. 44/2021, amended by CVM Resolution No. 60/2022, on November 13, 2025, the Company received from shareholder Invesco Ltd. (“IVZ”) a correction regarding a material shareholding position, which had previously been reported to the Company on November 12, 2025 and disclosed in Market Announcement 19/25.
As per the attached document, Invesco Ltd. informed that:
“due to an inadvertent oversight in IVZ Equity Holdings led to inaccurate information, which resulted in an error in the information sent to the disclosure of material equity holding sent by IVZ to CIA PARANAENSE DE ENERGIA – COPEL (“COPEL”) and, consequently, in the Notice to the Market disclosed by COPEL on November 12, 2025.”
In view of this, we hereby rectify the information previously disclosed, rendering Notice 19/25 null and void.
