Resignation of Member of the Board of Directors

Companhia Paranaense de Energia - Copel (“Copel” or “Company”) hereby informs its shareholders, investors, and the market in general that on January 7, 2026, it received a letter of resignation from Mr. Augusto Cezar Tavares Baião from his position as an independent member of the Company's Board of Directors, effective as of today.

The resignation stems from a personal and professional decision by the director, motivated by the assumption of new responsibilities outside the Copel Group.
