Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On January 9, 2026, Evolus, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its preliminary, unaudited net revenue and certain other operational and financial data for the quarter and year ended December 31, 2025. The press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
