Separate meetings will be conducted concurrently for Eaton Vance Enhanced Equity Income Fund, Eaton Vance Risk-Managed Diversified Equity Income Fund, Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Buy-Write Income Fund, Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Buy-Write Opportunities Fund and Eaton Vance Tax-Managed Global Buy-Write Opportunities Fund.
The main item of business is the election of trustees. Shareholders of EOS and the Risk-Managed Fund will vote on three Class I trustees (Cynthia E. Frost, Keith Quinton and Scott E. Wennerholm). Only shareholders of record as of January 27, 2026 may vote. Proxies returned without specific instructions will be voted for all trustee nominees. A plurality of votes cast elects each trustee, and broker non-votes and abstentions count toward quorum but not toward approval.
