American Depositary Shares financial
"the Company sold 681,268 American Depositary Shares (the “ADSs”)"
American depositary shares (ADSs) are a way for investors in the United States to buy shares of foreign companies without dealing with international markets directly. They represent ownership in a foreign company's stock and are traded on U.S. stock exchanges, making it easier for American investors to buy, sell, and own parts of companies from around the world.
at-the-market (ATM) offering financial
"The ADSs were sold in an at-the-market (ATM) offering"
An at-the-market (ATM) offering is a way for a publicly traded company to sell new shares directly into the open market over time at the current trading price, usually through a broker, rather than in one big sale. For investors it matters because it can provide flexible funding without a large one-time price shock, but it also increases the number of shares outstanding and can gradually reduce each shareholder’s ownership and potentially put downward pressure on the stock price—think of a shop quietly adding more of the same product onto the shelves at the going price.
Articles of Association regulatory
"The Company’s Articles of Association were amended"
A company's articles of association are its written rulebook that sets how the business is run, how decisions are made, and what rights owners and directors have—covering voting, meetings, appointment and removal of directors, share classes and dividend policies. For investors, these rules matter because they determine how easily control can change, what protections minority owners have, and how corporate actions (like issuing new shares or changing leadership) are approved, much like a home’s bylaws shaping what residents can and cannot do.

"registration statements on Form F-3 ... and Form F-1"
share capital financial
"aggregate increase in the Company’s share capital to nominal DKK 112,768,539"
Share capital is the total amount of money a company raises by selling pieces of itself, called shares, to investors. It’s like a company’s savings from many owners, which helps fund its growth and operations. This money matters because it shows how much the company has raised from shareholders and how it’s financed its business.
