(the “Company”) convened its 2026 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) as scheduled and adjourned the Annual Meeting without any business being conducted in order to give all stockholders the fullest opportunity to make their voices heard.

The Company announced that the Annual Meeting will be reconvened at 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time on May 8, 2026. The Company’s stockholders will be able to attend the Annual Meeting via live webcast at www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/EXPI2026.

The Company plans to continue to solicit proxies from stockholders during the period prior to the Annual Meeting. Only the holders of the Company’s common stock as of the close of business on February 27, 2026, the record date for the Annual Meeting, are entitled to vote at the Annual Meeting.
