Filing Explained

FBS reports that Nasdaq minimum-bid compliance was restored after its 1-for-10 share consolidation, announced September 24, 2026, linking the completed compliance outcome with the preceding corporate action.

Minimum bid price requirement $1.00 per share Nasdaq listing requirement
Compliance bid-price period 10 consecutive business days September 28 through October 9, 2026
Compliance period 180 days Granted through October 12, 2026
Share consolidation 1-for-10 Announced September 24, 2026
Below-threshold bid-price period 30 consecutive business days Before Nasdaq’s April 15, 2026 notice
Nasdaq Minimum Bid Price Requirement regulatory
"maintain a minimum bid price of $1.00 per share"
A Nasdaq minimum bid price requirement is a rule that a stock must trade above a set lowest share price (commonly $1) over a defined period to remain listed. It matters to investors because falling below that floor can trigger warnings, potential delisting, or corrective steps by the company — similar to failing to meet a grade that risks losing enrollment — which can reduce liquidity, access, and share value.
closing bid price market
"the closing bid price of the Company’s Ordinary Shares"
The closing bid price is the last price that a buyer was willing to pay for a security at the end of the trading day. It reflects the final visible demand for the stock — like the last offer someone makes for a used car before a yard closes — and helps investors gauge market interest, set valuations, and mark portfolios to market for that day.
compliance period regulatory
"granted a 180-day compliance period through October 12, 2026"
A compliance period is a defined stretch of time during which a company must meet specific legal, regulatory, or contractual rules and reporting requirements. Think of it like a scheduled inspection window or a homework deadline: failing to satisfy the rules within that window can trigger fines, restrictions, or extra oversight, so investors watch compliance periods as signals of near-term legal risk, potential costs, and impacts on a company’s operations or cash flow.
share consolidation technical
"following its 1-for-10 share consolidation"
Share consolidation is a process where a company reduces the total number of its shares by combining multiple existing shares into a smaller number of higher-value shares. This can make each share more expensive and potentially improve the company’s image. For investors, it often means their ownership remains the same, but the value of each share increases, which can influence how the stock is perceived and traded.
