In connection with its succession plan, First Bancorp (the “Company”), the parent company of First Bank, announced that Michael G. Mayer has retired from the Company and First Bank effective February 28, 2026. Mr. Mayer will continue to serve as a director of the Boards of Directors of the Company and First Bank. Mr. Mayer previously served as the President of the Company and Chief Executive Officer of First Bank.
