On September 3, 2025, Faraday Future Intelligent
Electric Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (i) announcing that YT Jia, the Company’s Founder and Global Co-Chief
Executive Officer, made another round of purchases of the Company’s common stock, par value $0.0001 per share, pursuant to a previously-announced
10b5-1 plan; and (ii) providing further information regarding certain proposals to be voted on at the Company’s special meeting
of stockholders on September 19, 2025.
