Anello joined the Sponsor in 2018 and is a Certified Public Accountant. The Trust stated there are no arrangements or understandings pursuant to which Anello was appointed and no transactions or proposed transactions between her and the Trust that would be required to be reported under Regulation S-K.

Effective after the close of business on August 3, 2026, Matthew Casaccia was appointed to the sponsor’s Board of Managers, replacing Jordan Krugman, whose resignation from all positions at the sponsor and its affiliates becomes effective at the same time.
