OMA completes issuance of debt

City, Mexico, July 20, 2026— Mexican airport operator Grupo Aeroportuario del Centro Norte, S.A.B. de C.V., known as OMA (NASDAQ:
OMAB; BMV: OMA), announces that, following the press release published on July 16, 2025, it has today completed the issuance of long-term
notes in the Mexican market for an aggregate amount of Ps.3.0 billion.
