Level II ADRs financial
"Gunnison’s Level II ADRs are now trading on the NYSE American under GUNN"
Level II American Depositary Receipts (ADRs) are a sponsored program that lets a foreign company list its existing shares for trading on U.S. stock exchanges (such as the NYSE or NASDAQ) by issuing ADRs through a U.S. depositary bank. They require the foreign issuer to register the ADRs with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission and to furnish regular audited financial reports and meet the exchange's listing standards. Level II ADRs allow secondary trading by U.S. investors but do not permit the issuer to raise new capital in the U.S. market (raising capital in the U.S. is done with a Level III ADR program).
after-tax NPV (8%) financial
"US$2.0 billion after-tax NPV (8%), with a 22.5% IRR"
IRR financial
"with a 22.5% IRR and 3.9-year payback"
IRR (Internal Rate of Return) is the annualized percentage return an investment is expected to produce based on its projected series of cash outflows and inflows; mathematically, it’s the rate that makes the present value of those cash flows balance to zero. Investors use IRR to compare and rank projects or investments—similar to comparing the interest rates on savings accounts—to judge which offers the best return for the time and risk involved.
Preliminary Economic Assessment technical
"March 2026 Preliminary Economic Assessment outlined"
A preliminary economic assessment is an initial analysis that estimates the potential profitability and feasibility of a project or resource, such as a new mineral deposit or development venture. It provides a rough idea of costs, benefits, and risks, helping investors decide whether to pursue more detailed studies. This early evaluation is important because it offers a snapshot of whether the project is worth further investment and development.
Inferred Mineral Resources technical
"includes Inferred Mineral Resources that are considered too speculative"
An inferred mineral resource is an estimate of the quantity and grade of minerals in the ground based on limited sampling and geological information, where confidence is low and continuity is uncertain. For investors it signals potential value but also higher risk—like a rough sketch of a hidden treasure that requires much more exploration and testing before you can reliably judge its size or economic worth.
Mineral Reserves technical
"Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability"
Mineral reserves are the amounts of a metal or mineral that a company has identified and can legally and economically extract with current technology. Think of it like the usable fuel in a car’s tank rather than all the oil in the ground; reserves determine how long a mine can produce, help estimate future revenue and costs, and shape a company’s value and investment risk.

Strengthening America’s Defense and Critical Mineral Supply Chains

Gunnison’s NYSE American debut comes amid increasing U.S. government focus on securing domestic critical mineral production and reducing reliance on foreign supply chains.

Last week, Gunnison welcomed U.S. Secretary of the Interior Doug Burgum and Congressman Juan Ciscomani to its producing Johnson Camp Mine in Cochise County, Arizona, highlighting the strategic importance of American copper production to national security, industrial competitiveness and the nation’s economic future.

The visit underscored the growing alignment between Gunnison’s mission and federal priorities to strengthen domestic mineral production, support American manufacturing and secure critical supply chains. At Johnson Camp, Gunnison mines, processes and produces finished copper cathode on-site, eliminating the need for overseas smelting or refining.

A Significant American Copper Growth Opportunity

Beyond current production, Gunnison is advancing its flagship Gunnison Copper Project, located approximately 1.5 miles from Johnson Camp.

The Company’s March 2026 Preliminary Economic Assessment outlined:

●~175 million pounds of average annual copper production over a 21 year mine life.
●More than 3.2 billion pounds of copper production over the life of mine.
●US$2.0 billion after-tax NPV (8%), with a 22.5% IRR and 3.9-year payback, based on US$4.60/lb copper.

The PEA is preliminary in nature and includes Inferred Mineral Resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves. There is no certainty that the conclusions reached in the PEA will be realized. Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.

The flagship Gunnison Project represent a significant opportunity to expand American copper production and strengthen long-term domestic supply security.

“America’s future depends on securing the critical minerals needed to power our economy, defend our nation and support the next generation of technology,” concluded Hallworth. “Gunnison is proud to be part of that future. With our NYSE American listing, we are opening the door to a broader U.S. investor base as we continue building a leading American copper company.”

There is no certainty that the conclusions reached in the PEA will be realized. Mineral Resources that are not Mineral Reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability.

In addition, Gunnison’s Johnson Camp Asset, which is now in production, is fully funded by Nuton LLC, a Rio Tinto Venture, with a production capacity of up to 25 million lbs of finished copper cathode annually.

Other significant deposits controlled by Gunnison in the district, with potential to be economic satellite feeder deposits for Gunnison Project infrastructure, include South Star, and eight other deposits.
