Here are the 424B prospectus supplements from Grayscale CoinDesk Crypto 5 ETF (GDLC) in our archive over the last 12 months, newest first, and each one links through to the document itself with the summary and the scores our analysis gives it.
A 424B covers the supplement that carries the terms of a priced offering, so if you follow GDLC and want that one kind of document rather than the whole filing history, this is the page to keep. The company's other filings, of every form, are on the full GDLC filings page.
Grayscale CoinDesk Crypto 5 ETF became a party to an amended custody agreement with Anchorage Digital Bank N.A., which may serve as an additional custodian effective October 5, 2026. Coinbase Custody Trust Company, LLC remains the primary custodian, and the Manager intends to use Anchorage for a portion of the Fund’s digital assets. Anchorage’s agreement generally requires cold storage, with hot-wallet use permitted from time to time for creation or redemption settlement and sales of assets to pay Fund expenses. Instructions must be authenticated, and at least two of at least three authorized persons must approve them unless an applicable agreement or instruction provides otherwise.
Anchorage must maintain crime insurance or a fidelity bond of at least $100 million in aggregate; the coverage is shared and not specific to the Fund. The amended risk disclosures describe possible asset-transfer risks if a custodian is replaced and state that the Fund dissolves if a custodian resigns or is removed without replacement. Anchorage may terminate on 180 days’ prior written notice, among other grounds, and the Manager pays its custody fees.
